Do you have board level PA experience, and are looking for an involved EA role within a great office!

Our client is looking for an EA to provide support to the CFO and HR Director of a Global Trade Association.

Working in a corporate environment the role will be split 75% to the CFO and 25% to the HR Director, both of whom are very friendly and driven individuals with a passion for what they do.

Duties will include:-

Extensive Diary and Email management

International travel arranging

Co-ordinating board/committee conference calls, correspondence and documents

Response for collecting expenses

Preparing PP presentations

Liaising with high profile members and individuals

HR administration (when required)

Ad-hoc admin support to Senior Members of staff

Working closely with other office EA's

The following skills and experience are required for this position:-

-Board Level PA experience is essential

-Proven communication and organisation skills

-Experience of arranging extensive travel and co-ordinating meetings

-Advanced word and intermediate PowerPoint

-Experience within the Telecoms industry of working for a Finance director would prove to be a distinct advantage
