A superb opportunity has arisen for a professional and dynamic PA to join our clients rapidly expanding business.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Production and distribution of agendas and minutes

-Maintenance and co-ordination of directors? diaries

-General office management (stationery, expenses, petty cash etc)

-Travel arrangements

-Filing in the executive office

-Catering/entertaining

-Event organisation (with company?s PR consultants)

-Ordering of office supplies

-Management of Head Office telephones (inc mobiles)

-Personnel admin duties

-General support to the Directors

Performance Measurement Efficiency of service provided to the directors

-Excellent service provision to other managers and staff

-Maintenance of high quality office management

-Person Specification Previous experience of acting in this capacity

-Exceptional skills in Microsoft Outlook

-Ability to work using own initiative and without close supervision

-Exceptional skills in English

-Willingness to undertake a wide variety of tasks

-Reliability, integrity, flexibility and dedication
