The role:

Based in our head office, we are seeking a suitable candidate to lead our Client Relationship Coordination team. We are building on our success, evolving our Service Delivery and looking to the future in terms of our offering and our people.

This is a key leadership role and requires a real people focus with the ability to balance our extensive and changing client requirements and operational delivery. You will be accountable for managing the provision of high quality customer service and support to our clients.

You will be an individual with a strong customer focus and commercial acumen together with a solid understanding of process re-engineering and performance improvement techniques.

About you:

□ Track record in leading people and developing capability.

□ Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English.

□ Customer orientated approach and focus.

□ Well developed interpersonal and relationship building skills.

□ Advanced IT skills (Word processing, Spreadsheets, Databases, Internet, MS Outlook).

□ A track record in process re-engineering and performance improvement.

□ Well developed analytical skills and experience in dealing with statistical analysis.

□ Project Management experience.

□ Committed team player.

Salary:

£30,000 - £35,000
