New and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Injury Claims Handler to provide an efficient and quality service to clients from notification through to settlement. Responsibilities will include dealing with personal injury claims, by negotiating and settling claims and associated losses, liaising with customers and third parties, resolving disputes and handling complaints.

Applicant Requirements

Candidates must be confident in liaising with clients and handling personal injury claims and have the ability to resolve disputes and handle complaints. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work within a team environment are also required.
