Job: Pensions Team Leader, Independent Appointments

Synopsis

A well respected financial company seek an experienced SIPP Pensions Team Leader to join their ever increasing Manchester firm.

Job Profile

An opportunity has arisen for a Pension Team Leader to join a highly respected financial company, based in Manchester. The role will be to assist the Department Manager and provide full SIPP pension scheme administration services to a portfolio of clients and their advisers. Duties will include dealing with all communications, maintaining accurate records on paper and electronically, accounting for all financial transactions, calculating and establishing scheme benefits and implementing client’s instructions. You will also be required to monitor the teams, resolve any issues, queries or provide advice and carry out performance reviews, while training and developing the team and/or individuals.

Applicant Requirements

The successful candidate will need to possess the relevant experience within pensions, with a broad understanding of all types of pension provision. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to constantly seek to improve own performance and overall contribution.
