A law firm with a first class reputation for delivering legal solutions is looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their established department in Manchester.

Job Profile

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join this firm which has a first class reputation for delivering legal solutions based in Manchester. You will join a large and well-established corporate department and will be expected to exposure a good quality work and multi million pound takeovers. Duties will include handling your own caseload consisting of mergers and acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs and buy-ins, equity investments, joint ventures and restructuring. The work will be carried out on behalf of public companies, LLP’s and partnerships.

Applicant Requirements

We envisage that the successful candidate will possess at least 2/3 year’s post qualified experience (PQE), however we will accept applications from candidates of all levels of experience, who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills for the role, whilst able to manage your own caseload of files with minimal levels of supervision. Ideal candidates will have the ability to work well as part of a team and on own initiative. Excellent communication and client care skills are essential as is a keen eye for detail.
