An excellent opportunity has arisen for a financial services professional to move in to one of the most respected pension firms in the U.K. You will be working on the online desk which will involve taking queries from IFA's and clients with regards the pensions product. This will be a fairly technical pensions role but due to excellent training involved it will be a good opportunity for someone to move from a generic financial services administration role in to a pensions focused position. There is a good internal training programme so you may find yourself moving through the company in to different roles. You will be targeted on certain KPI's mainly revolving around customer service, quality of work and attendance/punctuality. This is a great opportunity to begin a fruitful career in pensions administration with a rapidly growing and highly respected company.

Applicant Requirements

You should have professional work experience in an office environment you should also have experience of financial services administration, ideally within pensions but investment administration experience would be considered. Most importantly you should be a friendly and professional individual who relishes a challenge and is happy working in a team environment and communicating in a professional manner over the telephone.
