Job: Telemarketer - Didsbury, Jobwise Plc

Are you motivated with excellent communication skills and good keyboard skills? Are you available to carry out a temporary assignment which may lead to permanent employment?

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a temporary Telemarketer to join our client based in Disbury paying £6.00 per hour plus bonus.

The Role

Duties will include making outbound calls using a predictive dialler, asking whether they a friend or a relative have had an accident within the last 3 years, taking notes of accident details, ensuring that the claim meets the company criteria, explaining the process of the claim to the customer and passing all customer information over to the claims department.

Experience/Skills

The successful candidate will be provided with full job training but must have excellent communication skills, good keyboard skills and the desire to work in a call centre environment.

Hours

Working either 11.45 - 4.45 (25 hours), 11.45 - 5.45 (30 hours) or 15 hours per week on a flexible basis.
