This respected law firm are seeking a heavyweight Corporate Solicitor/Partner to join their expanding firm based in Manchester.

Job Profile

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Corporate Solicitor/Partner to join a Commercial team based in the Manchester area. The vacancy has arisen owing to the development of their new office in central Manchester. As a niche commercial practice their client base is extremely diverse and includes many financially successful entrepreneurs. The successful candidate will be involved with a range of corporate transactions, including takeovers, fundraising, private equity, corporate tax and shareholder agreements; acquisition and disposals of all types of businesses, including un-incorporated businesses, privately owned businesses, limited companies, charities, LLP's and franchises.

Applicant Requirements

We envisage that the successful candidate will possess at least 10 year’s post qualified experience (PQE), however we will accept applications from candidates of all levels of experience, who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills for the role. Experience of both corporate and commercial work and commercial property is essential. The vacancy would suit a candidate who has their contacts and/or following and wishes to develop their career in an expanding practice with a view to early progression to Partnership.
