European leader in legal expenses insurance looking for a Broker Account Handler to provide professional support in the Manchester office.

Job Profile

Broker Account Handler sought to support the Area Manager and Sales Consultants in the sales and promotion of the products of the company and associated companies. The role will involve monitoring the filing systems, providing an effective typing service, post distribution, answering of telephones and dealing with incoming enquiries, diary maintenance and booking of appointments. Duties will also include inputting sales calls on to the computer system, assisting in compiling reports and presentations, liaising with other departments and servicing agents/brokers.

Applicant Requirements

The role requires a professional manner, fair treatment of customers, the ability to comply with regulations/internal procedures, self-motivation, a willingness to take responsibility and adaptability. Candidates must be educated to GCSE level or equivalent with passes in at least 3 subjects (including English and maths). Computer experience in Microsoft packages and Lotus Notes and data entry skills are essential. Legal expenses or insurance experience is desirable.
