Manchester busy well-respected national firm seeking a Solicitor to join the Personal Injury team to handle a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated matters.

Job Profile

A national law firm is seeking for a Solicitor to join the Personal Injury team based in Manchester. Main duties involve handling a varied caseload of pre-litigation and litigated work and advising insurers and corporate clients in defence of claims relating to fatal accidents, catastrophic injuries, rehabilitation, employer liability, product liability, sports injuries, aviation injuries, occupational stress, repetitive strain, occupational cancers, new diseases, noise- induced hearing loss and severe road traffic accidents. In addition to this, you will support the seniors in the team in the more complex/larger fraud cases as well as actively assisting the team in the marketing and development of the team and growing its presence.

Applicant Requirements

We envisage that the successful candidate will possess at least 0-3 year’s post qualified experience (PQE), however we will accept applications from candidates of all levels of experience, who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills for the role. Ideally you will have fraud personal injury experience, however in order to succeed within this role you will need to be ambitious, driven and dynamic as well as enthusiastic in your approach. It is important that you take pride in your work and have the technical ability and thorough knowledge of coverage issues/indemnity and working of the CPR.
