Job Profile

Personal Injury solicitor required for an in house claims managers role within this specialist international personal injury operation. The role will be to manage a caseload of defendant claims (predominately RTA but with a small amount of PL) from notification through to settlement on behalf of European insurers where incidents have occurred with foreign nationals within the UK boundaries. The role extends to an element of foreign travel to attend company seminars and give presentation to other European claims managers in respect of English law relating to the Road Traffic Act and Personal Injury Litigation.

Applicant Requirements

Applications are invited from qualified solicitors with a background in Personal Injury handling caseloads from notification through to settlement including litigation. Whilst any foreign language skills would be beneficial these are not required for this particular role.
