A highly experienced Solicitor who specialises in Company Commercial/Commercial Litigation is sought to join a well-respected law firm based in Manchester to manage a caseload on both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Job Profile

A Solicitor specialising in Company Commercial/Commercial Litigation is required to join a highly respected law firm based in Manchester. The role will involve managing a caseload covering the full range of commercial litigation work, on both contentious and non-contentious matters on behalf of breweries, finance houses, banks construction companies and developers. Including complex multi-jurisdictional product liability cases, property litigation, finance litigation and international arbitration.

Applicant Requirements

Ideal candidates will have 3 + years post qualified experienced (PQE), however all applications will be considered from candidates of all levels of experience who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills. Candidates will be expected to have gained experience as an Assistant on a broad range of commercial litigation matters and who can bring a following/connections to the firm. With regard to this, such people will have contentious or non contentious experience, excellent academics are a pre-requisite.
