Broking Manager required to take responsibility for the commercial teams within this long established Manchester City Centre Insurance Broker. In addition to handling corporate accounts the role with involve acting as supervisor to teams of account handlers from a technical/client perspective together with handling operational management including recruitment, appraisals, work allocations and co-ordination between the directors. This role will report directly into the Managing Director and offers a clear career progression path.

Applicant Requirements

Experience is clearly paramount for this role from both a technical and management/operation perspective. The ideal candidate will have worked on corporate commercial cases, likely be ACII qualified (or at least progression towards) and have management/operational experience within a broker's office. Good organisational and communication skills are paramount together with a strong work ethic.
