Dedicated construction & engineering unit seeks to strengthen its Midlands operation through the appointment of an experienced CAR adjuster.

Job Profile

International loss adjuster seeks to strengthen its national construction & engineering unit specifically within the Midlands. The role will deal with the full range of specialist losses in respect of traditional CAR, plant & equipment, engineering and contractors liability throughout the Midlands and into the North West. As part of a close-knit unit there will also be an expectation for you to take an active involvement nationally in account management and business development, especially within the Lloyd's and London markets.

Applicant Requirements

Candidates should ideally possess a relevant professional qualification either through ACII/ACILA, or through a tertiary qualification in MRICS/MCIOB or MICE/MIStructE, CEng together with demonstrable skills within adjusting. Preference will go to candidates displaying proven expertise in the CAR/EAR fields but equal consideration will go to those looking to specialise in this area. Basic salary is open but the budget is around £40-50,000 depending upon the nature of candidates' experience. Benefits include bonus, car, pension, private medical care and 25 days annual holiday.
