Job: Civil Litigation Solicitor, Independent Appointments

Established high street law firm based in Liverpool, looking for an qualified Civil Litigation Solicitor to handle a mixed caseload.

Job Profile

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join this firm, based in Liverpool. The role will involve managing a caseload of Personal Injury, Employment Law and contractual litigation work, predominately covering EL, PL and matters on behalf of employers, from initial notification through to settlement, covering a mixture of files across the full spectrum.

Applicant Requirements

We envisage that the successful candidate will possess at least 2-3 year’s post qualified experience (PQE), however we will accept applications from candidates of all levels of experience, who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills for the role. You will have extensive experience in managing your own civil litigation caseload, particularly in the areas of EL, PL and general civil litigation. You will have previous experience in dealing with and enhancing a client base as well as being able to demonstrate accurate communication skills.
