Job: Claims Advisers - First Response, Independent Appointments

Excellent opportunity to join an expanding team of Claims Advisers (First Response) dealing with all aspects motor claims, based in Southport. RTA/hire and repair experience essential.

Job Profile

Expanding Claims Department looking for a number of First Response Claims Advisers to work as part of a dedicated team within a rewarding and professional environment. Duties will include dealing with all aspects of the motor claims process including taking incoming calls from claimants, recording the claims information into a database, offering advice and guidance to the claimant and liaising with third parties such as insurance companies etc. The role may involve some evening working on a rota basis and part time applications will be considered.

Applicant Requirements

Candidates must possess road traffic accidents (RTA)/hire and repair experience and knowledge of the motor insurance industry would be an advantage. Ideally candidate will have a range of skills including computer literacy, the ability to work within a team and excellent communication skills.
