A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Wills & Probate Paralegal, ILEX/FILEX, Solicitor or Fee Earner to join this prestigious law firm within the Lancashire area.

Job Profile

Our client is seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor/Fee Earner to join their ever increasing Lancashire law firm. This position would also suit an ILEX/FILEX or an experienced paralegal candidate. You will work alongside a Senior Solicitor, and be required to handle your own caseload from inception through to settlement in relation to a full range of Private Client matters including IHT planning, drafting wills, handling probate files and dealing with Estate Administration.

Applicant Requirements

We envisage that the successful candidate will possess at least 5 year’s post qualified experience (PQE); however we will accept applications from candidates of all levels of experience, who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills for the role. Highly experienced Paralegal’s, ILEX/FILEX candidates with Wills and Probate or Inheritance Tax experience should also apply as the firm is keen develop and train less experienced candidates. You will possess experience handling your own caseload, be enthusiastic, whilst being a strong team player and work well on your own initiative.
