This well-respected law firm based in Lancashire are looking to recruit a Personal Injury Paralegal to join their ever increasing claimant department.

Job Profile

An opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Paralegal to join an established team, based in Lancashire. The role will involve carrying a mixed caseload of claimant files including RTA, Employers Liability and Public Liability. Using the in-house case management IT the files will be handled from instruction through to completion. This is a strong team so the ability to skill share in a very busy environment will be necessary.

Applicant Requirements

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge and experience of pre and post litigated files, including fast track and multi-track cases and will be expected to advise the team on matters relating to all the above. Previous experience developed in a Private Practice is essential and whilst full support is provided knowledge and experience of computerised case management. The earning potential is open ended as is the opportunity to handle good quality challenging work.
