An excellent career opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager within a leading and pioneering independent IT solutions company, who specialises in hardware, software and support to small and medium sized businesses and hold partnerships with leading vendors.
My client is seeking self and money motivated sales executives who want the opportunity to write their own pay cheque.
You will be responsible for ensuring outstanding sales to prospective UK Enterprise and Corporate accounts. The right applicant will define, develop and deliver sales strategies to source new partners and further develop key accounts
Your Responsibilities will be:
-Establish relationships with key decision makers such as Finance, IT Directors, and MDs
-Delivery of GP in agreed business areas and channels
-Delivery on monthly sales targets and product mix targets
-Development and maintenance of accurate and suitably sized client and revenue pipeline
-An ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of the sales cycle
-Demonstrate an ability to maintain a high level of self motivation and to work with minimum supervision
-A clear and confident presentation style
-The ability to negotiate complex contracts to a satisfactory conclusion
-A desire to make the most of opportunities available
-Demonstrate the capacity and confidence to relate at Senior Management level within target customers
You will come from an IT solution sales environment (including infrastructure, services and applications), be able to demonstrate knowledge of the SME marketplace. You will have a good working knowledge of the ERP and CRM market place. You will be a strong all round new business and account management sales executive. You will be a confident, hard working individual, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels.
