RTA Legal Executive

Location: Southport / Merseyside

Position: Full Time Permanent position – Excellent Opportunities.

Hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm –Monday to Friday

Salary: c£15-£25,000 + Great Bonus

Holidays: 4 Weeks Holiday + Bank Holidays

Case Load: 100 - 120 files

My client is an established and reputable practice has instructed GRO to find an experienced RTA/PI Legal Executive (a minimum of 2 years experience is required within a fast track RTA/PI environment).

• Litigating on behalf of clients who wish to claim compensation and who have suffered.

• Injury and financial losses as a result of a road traffic accident.

• Should be capable of dealing with Small/Fast Track claims to Trial or Final Hearing and Infant Settlement to Final Hearing.

• Must be able to conduct Case Management Conferences/basic applications.

• Must be ILEX qualified (Part 1 & 2) and/or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.

• Should have case management system experience together with excellent typing speed/keyboard skills.

• Excellent client care skills are essential.
