These roles are working on the prestigious contract with the DWP.

Job Duties:

Information gathering from clients and relevant third parties in order to calculate initial maintenance assessments

Evaluating data collected in line with the standard processes

Calculations of initial maintenance assessments and conversions

Contacting relevant parties to inform them of the outcome of maintenance assessments

Utilising legislation to ensure that compliance is achieved

Setting up accounts with clients and agreeing first payment details

Managing nil liability cases

Carrying out first level arrears management if the case falls out of compliance

Handling inbound and outbound calls from clients - approx 50% of role .

Skills:

Good communication skills as you would be dealing with clients over the phone

An ability to deal with difficult situations and resolve complex issues

Good interpersonal skills and an ability to deal with sensitive situations in a professional manner

Empathy and good listening skills

Good numeracy skills as you would be working out manual calculations

Good influencing skills

Good keyboard skills and data entry skills

An ability to manage your own time

Good teamworking skills

We have full time and part time shifts available.

Full time hours are 37 per week and involve a combination of 8am-4pm/9am-5pm/9.30am-5.30pm/10am-6pm. There is also 1 late shift per week, either 12pm-8pm or 1pm-9pm and 1 Saturday per month.

The 20 hour shifts available are 8am-12pm/9am-1pm/12pm-4pm/1pm-5pm and 1 Saturday per month.

The 30 hour shifts available are 2pm-8pm/3pm-9pm and 1 Saturday per month.
