Joining one of our call centres across the country, you’ll be making calls regarding payments, customer accounts and technical queries or taking calls to follow up sales leads; with full training to deal with every eventuality. So instead of just going through the motions, you’ll need to be able to think on your feet and respond to any number of challenges in a given day.
